CYA is where dreams begin. 50 years ago this league started with volunteers and is continuing today because of them. Long standing President - Steve Smith has made CYA what it is today. Jim Grottola has stepped down from his position as Vice President. When you see him volunteering at the field please thank him for all of the years he has given CYA! Gary Hilliard has been a part of this league for well over 10 years and is now holding two board positions – Vice President & In-house Baseball Director. Tracy and Tom Kateridge have been preparing this league for the future for a long time. Tracy is currently our Treasurer while her husband Tom is our Softball Travel Director. All of these board members have no children playing for CYA. They are purely putting their time in for the youth of today. Kristy Simicich is the Secretary, Anthony Hilliard is the In-House Softball Director, and Sam MacPherson is the Director of Social Media.When you are at the field be sure to visit Coach Ron’s Café. While there, look for Tom B. – he has been a volunteer at CYA for at least 20 years. He gets the honor of now watching his grandchildren play!There is no small role when volunteering here. Every volunteer holds an important role at CYA. The organization would not be what it is, if it weren’t for the volunteers!
