CYA, Where Dreams Begin For over 50 years, the Connetquot Youth Association has been built on the foundation of volunteerism. What began as a small group of dedicated community members has grown into a thriving organization—still powered today by the selfless individuals who give their time and energy to support our youth.

Some of our current volunteers and board members have been with us for more than 15 years. Their dedication is the key to CYA’s continued success. However, more than ever, we are facing challenges in finding the helping hands we need to keep this program running strong.

We’re always looking for passionate people to coach, assist with field maintenance, or step into leadership roles as board members. Volunteering with CYA is not just a chance to support your own child—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of so many others in our community.

Every volunteer plays a vital role in shaping what CYA stands for. Without them, this organization wouldn’t be what it is today. As Abraham Lincoln once said, "No man stands so tall as when he stoops to help a child."

In a world full of screens and digital distractions, let’s come together to keep our kids active, engaged, and growing—on the fields, with their friends, and in their community.
